About Me

I’m Roselyn Gonzales, a Remote Operations Specialist based in Makati, Philippines. With over 20 years of combined experience in customer service, executive assistance, web development, project management, and remote team leadership, I help business owners and executives streamline operations, optimize workflows, and scale with confidence.

My career began in corporate operations, where I spent 18 years with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), leading global customer service and back-office teams. In that role, I managed high-performing support groups, drove continuous process improvements, and ensured consistent achievement of KPIs such as response time, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and service excellence.

When the world shifted to remote work, I embraced the change. Over the last five years, I’ve supported executives, entrepreneurs, and creative teams worldwide as a Virtual Assistant, Web Developer and Project Manager. From managing complex real estate CRMs and marketing campaigns to building websites to overseeing 40+ digital projects with a 99% on-time delivery rate, I’ve proven that remote solutions can deliver the same level of excellence as in-office teams—often with greater flexibility and efficiency.

I started my journey in web development with RDC Web Design, where I built WordPress websites and supported clients with responsive, user-friendly designs. I eventually took on full end-to-end website projects, creating sites like Village Gourmet Co. Inc., YAMAG’s, ASCENTIA Outsourcing Inc., Remote Solution 4U, JEMC Realty Services, ARCHETYPE Drafting Services, Spalina Skincare, and most recently The Bella Creek Farms PH. When I was temporarily assigned as a Project Manager, every project I handled turned into a success, which opened the door for me to transition into executive assistant roles. Today, I work as an Online Business Manager, combining my technical background with operational leadership to help clients achieve measurable results.
